We liked staff and rooms of this hotel. The rooms with the spacious balcony and good facilities and an excellent view. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

So glad we choose it, it's good choice for staying in Lugano. Location very close to the lake and the centre of Lugano and a hill overlooking the lake which offers amazing views of the area.

Booked it for 2 days and had a fairly nice experience. Rooms were airy and airy, staff were incredible. The location was stunning close to train station. The room had climate control, coffee and good Internet plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Great breakfast, amazing service.
